Providing decontamination of the protective equipment (Gloves, Surgical mask, Bonnet, Uniform, Disposable gown, Protective goggles, Shoes) worn by healthcare personnel leaving intensive care units and/or isolation rooms, as well as the air exiting the environment, by moving beyond the conventional methods and scope used in providing disinfection, sterilization, and decontamination environments for medical devices and products, through a cold atmospheric plasma-assisted smart cabin (supported by a changing environment with sporicidal activity, where medical equipment used on the patient can be placed). Thus, in addition to airborne and/or surface-bound microorganisms present at the point of departure from the environment, negative pressure risks will be eliminated. An alternative method in compliance with TS EN ISO 14161 standards will be developed to replace conventionally used methods.
